Preamble of the Working Group<\/h2>\n

The Digital Economy Working Group is based on the urgent need to respond effectively to the current dynamic developments in the application of new digital legislation, implementation of security measures, introduction of artificial intelligence and digitalization of public administration. Societal, economic and technological changes require the public and private sectors to continuously innovate their approaches and processes. New legislative requirements bring practical challenges that businesses need to reflect. At the same time, demands for security measures are increasing, especially in relation to regulations such as NIS 2, DORA and CER, which protect the physical, organisational and information security of businesses and government institutions. The introduction of artificial intelligence into business processes brings new responsibilities and opportunities, involving technological innovation as well as legal and ethical issues. Digitisation of public administration is a necessary step towards improving the efficiency and transparency of public administration, which has a direct impact on the business environment. A working group focusing on these topics thus provides a platform for the exchange of experiences, the identification of recommended practices and the search for optimal solutions to ensure compliance with legislation, increased security standards, the effective use of artificial intelligence and the successful digitisation of public administration.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n<\/a>

Objectives of the Working Group<\/h2>\n

The Digital Economy Working Group is established to provide a platform to address specific recommendations for the integration of modern technologies into the business sector. It focuses mainly on the area of cyber security and its setup in enterprises, especially in the context of the increase in the number of obliged entities with regard to new legislation. The group’s objectives also include supporting and communicating best practice in the implementation of security measures, as well as adapting to new digital legislation, particularly in the area of cyber security and artificial intelligence. Furthermore, the group aims to help businesses design and implement innovative AI-based solutions that can contribute to better management, decision-making and process optimisation. Last but not least, the activities of the working group are focused on the digitalisation of public administration and its impact on entrepreneurs.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n<\/a>
