ČNOPK cordially invites you to the official closing ceremony of the Energy Scouts CZ course.
The event will take place at the ČNOPK headquarters on Wenceslas Square in Prague on Tuesday, 6 October 2026. Among other activities, the best projects developed during this year’s course will be presented and awarded.
Our courses (formerly Young Energy Europe, now Energy Scouts CZ) have been running in the Czech Republic for 10 years. They have already produced almost 300 graduates from across the country, who have developed more than 120 resource-saving projects as part of the course.
Many of these projects have subsequently been implemented in companies, generating savings in resources and finances while also helping companies meet increasingly stringent sustainability and climate protection requirements.
The invitation is particularly relevant for representatives of companies interested in training their employees in resource efficiency and sustainability, as well as for business associations that would like to inform their members about this practical training opportunity.
During the event, we will introduce the course and its structure. Its main benefit is its close connection to practical experience: site visits, the exchange of experience and ideas among participants from different companies, and, above all, the development of a specific, practical resource-saving measure for the company or organisation that nominated the participant.
To minimise the time commitment for participants and enable site visits at various locations, the course is spread out over time, with approximately one training day per month. To offer the course at an affordable participation fee while maintaining its quality, we have joined forces with partners.
The course provides an overview of areas in which resources can be used more efficiently and offers practical tips on how to achieve this. Participation is not subject to any specific prior education or professional background.
We also greatly value our group of experienced trainers, which has developed around the course. Approximately 10 trainers, recognised experts in the various fields covered by the course, regularly contribute to the programme.

At the closing ceremony, we will present an overview of this year’s course, feature expert presentations, and showcase selected projects developed during the programme.
The event is therefore an ideal opportunity for anyone interested to learn more about the course and its results and to make an informed decision about potentially involving their employees based on concrete information.
We organise the course once a year, and participation is limited to a maximum of 30 people due to the site visits and project work. We are currently beginning preparations for the 2027 course.
