The Czech construction industry is facing a fundamental challenge: a long-term shortage of skilled workers. The #FutureBuilders conference opens up a key question for the future of the sector – how to change the perception of technical professions, how to effectively engage the younger generation, and how to establish systemic solutions that will ensure a sufficient number of professionals for the decades to come.

The program will connect hard data from research among parents and students, a political debate on reforming technical and vocational education, the role of regions and companies in the competition for young talent, as well as concrete examples of communication aimed at the younger generation.

The conference is organized by the Association of Construction Entrepreneurs (SPS) with the partnership participation of ARI. Speakers will include representatives from the public, professional, and business sectors. Among the invited guests are:
